Most of the company that are willing to get certified to an ISO Organization system standard such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc. each get their own customers to implement the requirements or hire a consultant. While, implementing the ISO management system by the efforts is highly required, it does not always bring the outcome in the required frame work and up to the equally preferred level. • Lacking involvement in executing ISO certification projects.
• Improper time allotment for the certification project.
