hi, want to understand if it is mandatory to have the quality manual prepared clausewise for iso 9001. my consultant said that it is not required to cover clause wise it can be in a flow even i liked the idea but my earlier experience in past companies had qualtiy manual that ran in to 100s of pages and covered step by step all the clauses. i am confused. appreciate input on this
