ISO 9001 is Quality management system and ISO 14001 is environmental mangement system . so no need to write procedure for your system but  you need to write procedure for control of operation so that it will not harmfull to environment ,so  you need to prepare procedures and documents for monitoring & measurement , checking , identification of aspects and impacts, emergency preparedness and respons, legal and statutory requirements, management review and internal audit etc. In all these activity consultant will help you to preparation .
